The cleanliness was perfect, with a clean room and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were excellent, with air cooling that worked well during the hot weather. The location was very convenient, as it was next to the Leonardo Tram station and very near to the exhibition and some business centers. The staff were helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist me. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices to choose from.

My recent stay at a well-located business hotel in Frankfurt was comfortable. The rooms were super clean and cozy, with very comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. The hotel itself had a modern and cute ambiance, which I appreciated. the hotel's location in a new suburb of Frankfurt allowed me to easily avoid the city's traffic congestion, thanks to its proximity to the A648 highway. There was also a tram stop and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for me to explore the area and meet my daily needs. Public parking was readily available, and the quiet surroundings enhanced my stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Lastly, the friendly and efficient staff added to the positive experience.

The hotel is in a good location for accessing the city center, with a direct tram close by. It is also conveniently located for those attending the Messe or needing to be close to the airport. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and the nearby tram station allows for easy transportation.
The customer service could be improved, as some guests had to go down to the front desk to ask for replacements or assistance due to limited staff availability.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Frankfurt. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect, and the tram station just a short walk away made it easy to explore the city. The staff members were experienced and provided exceptional service. They were friendly and kind, especially the reception staff and the bar tender. The room was spacious and clean, and we were provided with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, an in-room safe, and a hairdryer. The private bathroom was spotless, and we were even given slippers and towels.
